High Performance LED
The G2X LE features a high performance LED that is capable of producing up to 600 lumens. You can control your flashlight's output with the click-style tactical tailcap switch. To unleash all 600 lumens, simply press or click in momentary or constant-on mode. This is an extremely important feature for law enforcement where instant access to maximum output is necessary for tactical advantage. To access the lower-output 15-lumen beam just return to off and press or click again within two seconds. The SureFire G2X LE produces an intense beam with amazing reach and plenty of surrounding light for situational awareness.

Powering your SureFire G2X LE flashlight is simple since it takes 2 x CR123A batteries. This is an affordable and reliable power source for your flashlight on which you can count. The G2X LE features a lightweight and durable Nitrolon polymer body and a Mil-Spec hard-anodized aluminum head. It is both weatherproof and O-ring/gasket sealed to keep out moisture and dust. The G2X LE is just as rugged as it is functional which makes it great for many different situations. You can count on this flashlight for quality and performance at the highest level.

"This is my first LED flashlight. I used regular MAGLITES for years. But i did not like their LED flashlights. So, i tried this one. Small enough to fit in a pocket. Two levels of brightness. The low setting is fine for general use. Lose power at home, find your way to the car in a dark parking lot. High power is for distance or disorienting an attacker. With my old MAGLITE 2 AA flashlight, i could stand on my back porch and the beam would reach the trees. Not bright enough to see if it was an animal or person in the tree, but it would light up the tree. And you had to move the light to see the backyard. This beast, on high, lights up the tree like daylight and the backyard. Low setting is about the same as the maglite but it also lights up the back yard. Not bright enough to see detail, you cant yell if you are looking at a dog or raccoon, but you will see something moving in the yard. Oh high setting you can probably tell if the animal is male or female. Eats batteries fast on high,but i believe that is normal for these types of lights. You wont use high that much, it is too bright. But you will love it when you use it. I am working on my house and use high to stand on the floor and look into the rafters. Switching from high to low is easy. High is always on first. If you want low just click on, off then on. Buy your batteries here. They are a lot lower then even walmart."

I know folks that have had multiple other brands of lights in the time I have owned my first one and it is still running while theirs have long ago gone to the trash bin. The older one is still running fine and has taken residence in my travel trailer while the new one is at the bed side. SureFire does the job and lasts for ever."
