SureFire KM2 LED Module
The SureFire KM2 LED conversion head is a direct screw-on replacement for the existing head on SureFire Scout Light WeaponLights and is available in both black and desert tan. It produces brilliant white light as well as an intense IR output from one dual-LED emitter assembly. You can easily switch back and forth from white to infrared output with the bezel selector ring and it's self-locking feature allows it to stay securely on the selected light output, until you decide otherwise. Since the KM2 LED has no filament to burn out or break, the high-efficiency LEDs are virtually immune to failure. Additionally, they provide significantly longer runtimes per set of batteries than incandescent emitters of similar output. A Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens produces a comparatively tight beam that is best suited for close to medium range-applications. The KM2 is O-ring sealed and made of aerospace aluminum, making it perfect for the toughest and most extreme conditions. This particular kit includes a conversion head, new head and tailcap O-rings, O-ring lubricant and applicator brush.
