Good for the purpose I bought it for
"This charger does work but if you will use it more than I do, (twice a year maybe), you would do better to purchase a higher grade model. This is not a smart charger. It charges for 8-10 hours and then shuts off regardless of what state the battery was in when it started charging. I don't think it has overcharge protection. I charged some AAA nimh for a few hours and took them out at 1. 45 volts. They are installed in solar lights so the charger won't get used again unless there's a spell of cloudy weather."

Poor Choice
"This charger does not turn off when the battery is full nor does it give a different color light to indicate when a battery is full, like it says it does. Spend a little more and get a charger that won’t ruin your batteries."

what is this ?
"Zero stars for this tenergy TN145 8 bay battery charger . I have tried charging approx. 12 of the new eneloop batteries I also bought from you, with no success. they work for about 10 - 15 minutes, then lose their charge. Pretty sure it is the charger, not the batteries. Would NOT purchase again & would also like a REFUND."

"Charger is great. i can charge one or 8 at a time. others work only 2 at a time. when you need 3 this is great. set it pug it in and walk away. when done it turns off just what i had been looking for and could not find. You guys are a gem. and what a selection of product. WOW"

Super battery charger
"I bought some AA/AAA NiCd batteries and this charger. I charges both sizes at the same time. You can also mix NiMH batteries with the NiCd and charge any combination of size and type at the same time. I love that. Used charger as soon as I got it and am totally satisfied with my purchase."

Good Product
"I like the chargers! I like that I can charge so many at a time and the charger will automatically cut off after charging for 10 hours. The only thing I wish was that it had an indicator light to tell you when batteries are charged. The light indicates that it's charging but doesn't change when charged so you really have to leave it for the full 10 hours to know they are charged."
