Also, this 18650 has been manufactured under the ISO9001-2000 standard to assure top notch quality. These 18500 supply three times the voltage of 1.2V AA NiMH or NiCd rechargeable batteries. "Of all the batteries I have purchased from Battery Junction, these are the only ones I have had fail. Admittedly, they were charged and stored for sometime, but I have done this with other batteries without issue. As I didn't try them after charging, I can't say whether the batteries were bad from the start, or failed later. Wont do that again! To be fair I bought several of these, and some are still working fine, bu the failure rate was rather high. The price is attractive, but there is a downside"

"I purchased 4 batteries and have been using them in several flashlights. I have not used them a lot so I finally decided to charge them (second time). 1 is not charging correctly, and 1 discharges just sitting on the counter. I tried out my new digital nitecore charger with the batteries. Took 3 out for about 4 hours and let it sit. now 1 needs charging. I still have one in the charger at 3 bars (since yesterday), but I have moved it to several slots in case it was an issue with a slot. I broke out my Fenix charger in case there is something going on with the new charger. Going to try that. But hey, good news, 2 our of 4 are fine."
