Robust NiCad "D" Cells
"I purchased this set of cells to run some Motion activated LED's I use at home for night time safety. In the winter with all this early darkness I needed some safety lighting in the hallway. I was having some battery consumption issues with the Alkaline D cells I was using. When my heat would cycle in the hall the light would come on and stay on as it was sensing IR energy. The 5000ma rechargeable cells were just the ticket. Now I can recharge them every 2 or 3 weeks as needed to keep things going and not brake the bank on disposable batteries. Also a much 'GREENER' solution. Very hearty NiCad Battery."
