"It was smaller in size than I thought. This is probably MY FAULT for not viewing specs better. The amount of light it emitted was FAR LESS THAN I expected. I have similar light I keep in my vehicle I paid much less for that's considerably brighter. It was just NOT WHAT I EXPECTED for a $40 purchase + another $12 to ship it to me via USPS."
"I really like the infinite adjustment this light has, and the fact that it remembers your last setting. Also it's tiny so it'll fit anywhere."
"I am always buying and trying new flashlights. Always searching for the perfect blend of features, construction and value. I passed over this little light for a long time, as I didn't think a light this tiny could be a serious every day carry light. After trying it out, I started carrying it clipped inside my pocket, along with an S2R II in a belt sheath. Then I started using it the most as it is so convenient. When Battery Junction ran a sale on them before Christmas, I bought 8 of them for stocking stuffers. They were very well received. What I like: Price, infinite ramping feature vs 2-3 brightness steps, 20 days runtime on firefly mode, magnetic tail cap, built in usb charging (would prefer usb c over usb micro, but still good), and finally it's small and light weight. No negative comments from me. I highly recommend!"
"Love this Flashlight bought one in every color solid and bright"
"Super bright. Easy to control brightness with button. It is my favorite light under $100."
"Great flashlight. Also a great buying experience from Battery Junction"
"Got this light for an upcoming backpacking trip. A buddy bought the Thrunite ti-3 for the same trip. This light is so much more powerful and lights up a broader area compared to the ti-3. It is slightly larger than the ti-3 but the amount of light it puts out makes it worth the extra weight. Also I have several other larger flashlights and the UI on this light is one of the easiest to use."
"This light is not as compact or slim as my Olight S1R baton II but it throws significantly more light. In fact I was blown away by the max output and I like the micro USB charge port. I would like for Thrunite to improve the clip design and reverse it so that it clips to my hat more easily (or less prone to wear out the edge of my hat) using the larger bend in the clip steel instead of the smaller tighter second loop in the clip (if that makes any sense). Put another way I'd like to see the Olight clip design on the Thrunite. Also, I would like to have some bump or texture on the smooth light switch to make it easier to find in total darkness. I found that I spin the light around in my hand and fumble to find the light switch in the dark. I found the best way to deal with this is to check to keep the clip orientate to align in some consistent way with the switch and put a dab of glue to hold it in place. I like to clip mine to my hat so I align the clip opposite to the power switch so when I pickup the light in the dark and feel my index finger on the clip I know the power button is facing straight up and is generally under my thumb. Overall I'm willing to look live with these small details given the cost of the light - its really a great value."
"Awesome little flashlight! Lots of power for it's size. Very happy with it!"
"This is a small but very powerful light giving 1500 lumens in turbo mode. The interface is easy to use; it has a last setting memory and is rechargeable via usb c port. The light has a discrete turbo and firefly mode as well as a strobe. Between high and low you hold the on off button and ramp up or down to get to the level you want and then the flashlight remembers the setting. The interface is easy to use. I love this light. ."
