Titanium innovations CR14505

"Great prices."

Dominic B. (5/5)

Great experience

"Been looking for better batteries for some of my flashlights and these are hands down the best option i've found so far. Runtimes feel longer and output looks brighter. Just wish all of my lights could handle the voltage, would put these batteries in all of them if I could."

Henry J. (5/5)

Not AA compatible

"I bought these to use in a single AA cell flashlight and a single AA cell nostril hair trimmer. These batteries are noticeably shorter than a regular AA and they didn't work in either device."

Rob (1/5)

Good Cells, but Not for most 14500/AA flashlights !!

"These are great cells in terms of manufacturing, but are Not for most AA/14500 flashlights (eg. Lumintop AA Tool 2. 0v & Xtar WK41), as both of these light's driver board recognizes this cell as a Lithium Ion in terms of voltage and this cell @ 3. 25 volts (unloaded voltage) will almost immediately iniciate the Low-Voltage warning or mode, when the light is turned on high or turbo mode if so equipped. So I speak only from experience with these two flashlight makes and models, you may experience success with another brand and/or model. However, I bought these cells knowing it was going to be a shot in the wind, so no complaints on my part."

Daniel C. (3/5)

Great Addition to the Line for Capable AA Light Power

"A problem with Lithium Ion rechargeable battery technologies is low temperature performance. Of course, there's also worry about cycle life or cell failure stealing your investment, too. When outdoors on a backpacking trek, you don't want to find your cell isn't living up to expectations, especially in the cold weather months. The LiMnO2 and LiFeS2 cells stand up better in terms of discharge capacity at low temperature, the LiFeS2 better than the LiMnO2. Given over twice the capacity than rechargeable 14505's at 1/4 price, it makes sense to use these primary (non-rechargeable) cells in cold weather outings, at the least carrying them as spares."

Tom E. (5/5)

Good choice for lots a light without charging

"I have had these about two weeks and I think they are a good choice for AA lights that can use higher voltage. They do make the light a lot brighter. They are also lighter weight. They also have about twice the energy of rechargeable Lithium batteries. The biggest disadvantage of course is not being rechargeable and if the light is left on, you ruin a fairly expensive battery."

Titanium Innovations CRAA CR14505 1500mAh 3V 3A Lithium Batteries

"These batteries arrived well packaged and are exactly as described."

Danny M. (5/5)

Powerful batteries

"The batteries arrived in a timely manner and while they ARE what was described. . . one key element is left OFF the description - which certainly would have been helpful to know, prior to ordering. The posts of this battery, are not as long, as standard AA batteries. I was not planning on using them for standard replacement for AA applications , but rather, making battery charged items. The posts are not long enough, to touch the leads in a standard battery 2 or battery 3 box."

Ruby F. (3/5)

Awesome cell for a light that can run it!

"I'm really in love with these 14505's from Titanium Innovations! Recently I picked up a Peak El Capitan LED light with a High CRI emitter. The output with a standard 1. 5v AA is pretty anemic but the light can handle up to 4v or so. So I picked up some of these cells- wow! They really transform that light! Subjectively the output is doubled. These really do seem to be pretty much CR123A cells in an AA body."

Rob B. (5/5)

Great cells, gave my Quark Tactical a real lumen boost.

"I was debating stepping up to 14500 cells however having small children that seem to always get a hold of my lights so the fact that a 14500 cell could be over drawn and become a risk kept me from the 14500 cells. These 3V AA sized cells work great and give me a real output boost without the added risks of recharging a 14500 cell with small children using and abusing my lights and cells."
