The TekFire includes a rugged paracord that can be used for a multitude of survival applications, including used for fast acting tinder.
Features:- No fuel needed, zero flame
- LED light and lighter work independently, powered by USB-rechargeable lithium-ion battery
- To operate lighter, release wire safety catch and press black button to open lid - hold down power button
- To turn light on, press power button 2 times. Press twice for off. Light will not engage while lighter is operating
- Indicator light flashes red while charging and is solid red when fully charged
- Lighter has 10 second time-out safety feature
- To ignite ParaTinder, expose red core thread and light with the TekFire
- Use inner paracord strands for sewing, sutures, fishing line and more
