Start a Fire in Any Weather Conditions
The Heritage SparkLite Fire Starter, from Ultimate Survival Technologies, is designed to make starting a fire, an effortless task. When the weather is bad out on the trail, such as with heavy rains or wet conditions, all you want to do is curl up near a warm fire and stay dry. The UST Heritage SparkLite fire starter gives you the ability to start those fires with ease. Simply scrape off tinder from the Magnesium bar, using the serrated edge of the scraper, to create a pile about the size of a marble. Next, use the flat side to shoot a few sparks at the tinder. The UST Heritage SparkLite may also be used with the company's WetFire tinder (sold separately.)
