"nice kit and idea but the fire starter is not as good as old fashioned Trioxane as far as ease of lighting and the striker seemed to work ok for a couple of strikes and then it was hit or miss on getting a shower of sparks. It would produce a few but nothing like the larger models of similar design. . The fire starter cube, to its credit, did burn well once lit and should easily start a fire if one is properly prepared"
