This lantern also gets an impressive 3 days of continuous use on High mode while producing 508 Lumens of light 360 degrees around itself. This is an amazing lantern for camping, to keep around the house for general use/power outages, and is even powerful enough for more commercial applications. The 60 Day Lantern is rugged with ABS plastic casing, coming in a variety of colors, and rubberized areas providing a tested 1 meter of impact resistance. The 60 Day Lantern is invaluable for long outdoor excursions. With the built in hook you can hang the 60 Day Lantern over a low hanging branch, set it to High mode to construct your camp site then switch it to Low mode to provide a nice dim light for as long as you need. The greatest part? This lantern runs on six D-cell alkaline batteries and weighs 3.8 pounds with the batteries - certainly a bit on the heavy side for outdoor lanterns but it more than makes up for this with unprecedented runtimes and brightness.
