RMA'd twice!
"I received a bad one with the right panel completely separated during shipping and one wire broken. I contacted Battery Junction support and they responded with an RMA. I returned the unit and received another a few days later. Much to my surprise this one was in the same condition! Same panel had shifted during shipping and broke the same wire. I thought at first I was being duped with the same unit I returned, but I confirmed it was NOT the same one. Battery Junction then refunded my money without hesitation. I have to say Battery Junction support is really fast and a pleasure to deal with. I'm still a very happy customer of theirs, but Wagan is another story!"
