Wagan's 40A DC to DC Battery Charger is the reliable equipment you need in your solar energy system. This device delivers a safe, effective charge. The 40A DC to DC Battery Charger can handle solar panels with up to 600W combined in 12V systems and 1200W combined in 24V systems.
3-Stage Charging Process
Achieve a full, enhanced charge thanks to Wagan's 3-Stage Charging system. Bulk charge is achieved in the first stage to charge the battery fast. The second stage, Absorption, ensures the battery receives a full charge. The final stage, Float, monitors your battery and keeps it maintained at a safe voltage so that it is ready to use wherever you are.
Easy Installation
Hard-mount this charger with ease and peace of mind thanks to its straightforward mounting system and integrated safety protections! The compact size plus integrated mounting plate make it easy for you to find a place to mount it. An IP66 rating keeps your charger sealed and protected from water and dust. There are also built-in protections from sparks, over- or under-voltage, reverse connection, and over-temperature. With extra protection from vibration and heat, the 40A DC to DC Battery Charger is equipped to be mounted in vans, RVs, boats, or outdoor power systems!
