- IS THE PANASONIC A SUGGESTED REPLACEMENT FOR Xfinity Visonic MCT-320-SMA Door security system?
- Xfinity gives us guidelines as to what batteries are supposed to go in their replacement kits. So, yes this is the appropriate replacement for this kit.
- Is this both door sensors?
- If your sensor matches the Visonic code MCT-320-SMA whether it is on a window or a door this battery kit will work.
- Does the field tech carry batteries in his/her truck? Cannot find Cr2s to buy. 🥲 Need for tomorrow’s appointment.
- Sorry - we sell the batteries online but we have nothing to do with the field workers.
- Is cr2 the same as c3?
- I have not heard of a CR3 - so am unsure. If you are referring to a replacement battery then I am unsure that they use a CR3 - perhaps you should reach out to them to confirm.
- If I order these today, how long will it take to get them?
- A lot depends on where you live. They are lithium so cannot be expedited. We are located in Connecticut. It can take between 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
