"I bought a lithium battery for a Comcast motion detector and replaced it and got the same error message on the touch screen indicating a low sensor battery. I called customer service and she insisted it must be the fault of the Comcast motion detector. Told me to contact Comcast. Comcast ran diagnostics on detector and found that battery is defective. I’m not paying to to return this defective battery. Cutting my loses."

- If Xfinity orders the battery for you then it is paid by Xfinity but if you were sent to our site by Xfinity to purchase replacements then you would need to pay for them.
