Good for 1. 5V, not great overall
"It's a nice modern charger without any real adjustability. I have better chargers, but it works well and doesn't heat up a bunch. It provides 0. 5A for 1. 5V batteries which is OK for AAA, but pretty slow for AA. I don't really understand this limitation as the charger can supply up to 1A for 4 3. 6V batteries. Unfortunately that's where the bad news is at, it would only charge my 18650 at 0. 5A which literally takes all day. I bought the optinional adapter and tried both it and a higer end power supply and both have the same limitations. On the plus side, the display can be turned off when you finally have to go to bed and it's still not done. On the negative side, there are blinking green lights inside the battery slots. At least it measures capacity as I had a bad cell right out of the box and wouldn't have known otherwise, that alone probably makes it worth getting buying."
