Why did I receive an email requesting that I reset my password? Is this email valid?

As of August 16th, Battery Junction has moved to a new website. We've migrated your account information to our new platform, but it's required that all customers with accounts created before August 16th reset their password. After the reset, you'll have access to your account information as usual. We emailed to notify customers pre-emptively so they'd know about this new and exciting change.

What if my account was created after August 16th?

If your account was created after our new site launched, you're all set and do not have to reset your password.

Where can I reset my password?

You can easily reset your password by following this link. This will direct you to a page that requires you to fill in your email address and sends a reset link to your email inbox.

I didn't receive a password reset link. What do I do?

If you didn't receive a password reset link, please double-check the following:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Confirm that the email address entered is associated with your Battery Junction account

I'm having trouble with resetting my password. Who can I contact?
