Added Bracket Tilt & Single-Handed Interface

The HA23-EX comes with a 70° bracket tilt, so you can adjust the beam manually in an upward or downward direction. Aiming in the direction of your choosing, this feature makes it easier to focus on your work. While adjusting the tilt, you can also single-handedly adjust the brightness outputs of the HA23-EX cycling through low, medium, and high modes at your discretion.
