Surpassing its predecessor, the Fenix E12 in almost every way, the new Fenix E12 V2 is now equipped with a MATCH CA18 cool white LED, and ultra-thin optical lens with an automobile quality coating. This new lighting system provides an incredibly clear and wide beam reaching up to 68 meters. Still powered by a single AA alkaline battery, you now get 160 lumens on high and a maximum run time of 70 hours on low - versus the 130 lumens on high and 40 hours of maximum run time on the original model.
Two-Position Body Clip
This upgraded version comes with the endlessly helpful two-position body clip that can be used to attach your light to the brim of a hat, strap of a backpack, or inside a tent for a hands-free lighting experience. Note: It is recommended that Alkaline and NiMH batteries be used with this light. Non-rechargeable lithium batteries can be used, but rechargeable li-ion batteries are forbidden. This light does have a low-voltage warning feature, where it will downshift to a lower lumen level when your battery is running low.
